These terms cover the use of this website. They don't replace the written agreement you sign before a session at 128 West Cordova Street; that document is sent by email when a booking is confirmed.

The text and images on this site belong to Rstestlabs Photography Ltd. You're welcome to link to any page. Republishing the images without written permission isn't allowed.
Accuracy
We keep descriptions of services and studio details up to date. Session lengths, inclusions and rates on the pricing page reflect what the studio offered when the page was last reviewed. If something changes before your booking, we confirm the current details in writing before the session.
Contact form
Sending a booking request does not create a confirmed booking. The booking exists only after the studio replies and both sides agree on a date and time by email.
Governing law
This website is operated from Vancouver, British Columbia, and any matter related to it falls under the laws of British Columbia and Canada.
