Privacy Policy
Rstestlabs Photography Ltd. operates from 128 West Cordova Street, Vancouver, B.C. This page explains what personal information the studio collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
The contact form asks for a name, an email address, a phone number, a topic and a message. We use that information only to reply to your request and to organise a session if you decide to book one. Nothing from the form is stored on this website; the request is delivered to the studio email inbox.
How long we keep it
Booking enquiries are kept in the studio inbox for 12 months, after which they are deleted. If you become a client, your contact details stay on file while you remain an active client and for 24 months after the last session, which is the standard period our accountant asks us to keep records for.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not run advertising pixels or third-party analytics on this site. Edited images are delivered through a file-transfer service that we name in the booking email so you know where the link is coming from.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Write to info@rstestlabs.com or call 778-388-1388. We answer within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version takes effect from the date it appears on this page. The current version has been in place since January 2024.
